Our favorite sign of spring’s arrival, Casteñada Rosé is vivacious and bursting with flavor. Crafted using the French saignee method, the juice is removed from the fermenter after soaking up a hint of ruby color from the grape skins. Fresh and bright on the palate, this wine boasts notes of fresh citrus, sun-ripened strawberries, and magnolia blossom. It has enough structure for pairing with a variety of cuisines. This bottling is one of our Casteñada trio that pays homage to our 1842 Adobe home, honoring its first owner, Don Juan Casteñada.
