Paying homage to our 1842 Adobe home, the light and bright Casteñada White is a decadent Rhone blend of Roussanne, Marsanne, Grenache Blanc and Viognier. Co-fermented and aged in large concrete eggs and Acacia, this winemaking process brings out the delicate floral notes of this special release. Enticing aromatic of pineapple flower, lemon verbena and ginger greet you, as each bright sip passes your lips. 

This wine has sold out. The 2021 vintage will be released in Fall of 2022.
