Oysters & Chardonnay

We are delighted to offer a new experience at the Adobe - Oysters & Chardonnay, in partnership with El Dorado Sonoma. Immerse your senses in the terroir and “merroir” (marine + terroir!) of the Sonoma Coast as one of our attentive wine educators guides you through a fun and educational flight of our single vineyard chardonnays, perfectly paired with three types of fresh oysters. This seasonal experience is offered through July 31st, 2022 and we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice when booking your reservation.
